I ordered my pizza through the Pizza Hut app, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. After placing my order, the delivery driver contacted me to say the pizza wasn't ready. I received a notification that my order was picked up an hour after I made it. To make matters worse, the driver went to the wrong address and then called me for clarification. Something has changed with this store, you can tell by the shift in star ratings over time. We used to order frequently but will not do so again. Ordered through the app, no movement on the order. You can not call this store directly. There is no one to answer the phone. The number routes to a central line that won’t provide any customer service and only transfers you to the store where no one picks up. Will have to dispute the charge on our credit card. Thanks for nothing, Pizza Hut.

Should’ve checked other reviews before placing an order or attempting to for that matter. Now I get to wait days for a return with no explanation or reasoning. Horrible customer service, guy barely spoke any proper English and could only say the store is offline.

Ordered two orders of breadsticks and received what looks like burnt cinnamon stick bread with no seasoning on top. The breadsticks are supposed to have the garlic/parmesan seasoning on top. This is literally completely plain burnt bread. If the store is out of breadsticks, they should not have it available to order OR call to let the customer know. Very unsatisfied.

This Pizza Hut is constantly closing randomly in the middle of the day because the manager is “having a crisis”.
