Pizza Hut on S Tryon in Charlotte has the worst customer service. Had food delivered but the drinks I ordered were wrong. Just wanted them to switch the drinks out however could never get them on the phone to make a reasonable solution. Was on hold for over an hour and no one still didn't answer phone. Should have stuck with usual pizza place but my mom really wanted the breadsticks pizza hut offers. Will not use place again
Waiting too long for the order
The Food is Great but they're customer service is awful when I tried to cancel my order the first time they said ok then they hang up the phone
