I saw the manager Katrina bagging the wings and while she was bagging them she was using her phone and did not wash her hands before or after touching her phone and she had no gloves on and she is rude and disrespectful

Shut this place down...Chicken Alfredo pasta was dry and they added dry bread sticks to the order which I did not ask for. Waste of my $. Never again!

Worst place to get pizza ever!! Ordered a pizza to be delivered and waited over an hour! Called the place and was told that they were aware of it sitting there for an hour did not notify us about any issues with delivery. We drive out to pick up said pizza and the entire staff is messing around not doing anything. The so called manager stood there complaining that he had to answer to upset customers who were waiting over an hour for their food. This honestly is the worst Pizza Hut in the area! At first, I had an issue with the pizzas that were made example no sauce on the pizza. I contacted Pizza Hut to Voice my dissatisfaction. Upon the manager finding out about this, she went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Katrina reassured me that she takes her customers issues seriously. I have to say the pizzas that were made when she was present in the store was phenomenal. She alone made it that I will definitely return to that Pizza Hut.
