Not sure how these reviews are just on waiting time especially when its only 1 or 2 people. The food was great and the only worker working at the store was friendly and helpful.
Had a lousy time if I am being honest. The food was passable. But the staff was slow and inattentive. Spent over 30 minutes on a customer service line before I finally just drove to the location and asked in person for a remedy to the issues. Katrina offered a direct resolution which I appreciated, but there was zero follow through.
I ordered two personal pizzas and breadsticks it took 45 minutes to be ready. This isn’t the first time that it’s taken way too long for my food to be ready and it was barely warm by the time they gave me my order.
