Pizza Hut, and Reece, I’m hoping you both see this, as you need to. My review of this specific location is five stars, and it’s because of you, Reece… you fed me when I didn’t have much, at the lowest points of my life. Food was burned. Ordered pizza and wings, both were insanely over cooked. I don’t understand how this even got passed whoever was running the oven and fryers. Decided to call when I discovered the overcooked food and nobody answered until the third call I made. Absolutely ridiculous.
Rewriting my review from continued frustration ordering delivery. They don't mention anything about DoorDash but it's always delivered by them. You can't enter a # sign, to indicate the gate code. None of the instructions are implemented to the DoorDash driver. A near $7 delivery fee. What happened to the traditional delivery drivers from Pizza Hut? Impossible to order on my phone or with the VPN. Why don't you just make it more simple and save the delivery instructions and implement it for the DoorDash driver? I hope you ar... read more
