After my delivery order was over an hour late, I called the store. Awful customer service! The girl who answered the phone had a horrible attitude & couldn’t answer any questions about my order… Just said we can’t guarantee a delivery time, and made lots of excuses. Then I was trying to change from delivery to pick up & she hung up on me. DO BETTER DRIPPING SPRINGS PIZZA HUT!!!
I was picking up Door Dash order. I could tell the man running the phone a front desk was being overwhelmed by the workload in front of him. I told him it looks like that is hard work but you’re doing well. I could see my order to pickup was a few minutes out. I tried to continue to give grace, but after 20+ minutes, I started asking questions. “It’s the next order out,” and speech of that nature. Do not bother with. Called 3 times and was hung up on each time. Cannot get ahold of a manager. Have received pizzas with missing toppings. Worst customer experience in town.
