I waited for OVER an hour for delivery and then when I called whoever answered the phone lied about there being an accident in front of the store which was causing the delay. And I had to end up going to pick up my pizza myself and by the time I got there my pizza STILL wasn’t delivered. The lady whom I spoke with at the store was so rude to me because I had questions and concerns about MY order that I paid for. Beyond unprofessional! Management is terrible.
Got pizza from the Pineville store for my boys while my wife was out of town. Was told pizza was ready for pickup at 6:23pm. Showed up at 6:30 and they forgot to make my pizza. Was asked to wait 10 minutes in store while they made it. Then they forgot sauce and burnt it to hell. I got a sauceless burnt pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut.
