This Pizza Hut is beyond incompetent. I’ve never had any issues from the Pizza Hut in Kanawha City. I ordered a large Super Supreme and when it was delivered it was raw in the middle. I called and told them about the pizza and I wanted it replaced. They assured me this one would be satisfactory. The 2nd pizza is delivered and when I opened the box I knew it was raw inside like the first one. Common sense when you cook pizza the crust is golden brown. The staff and the store are great, but the website won't let me order a pizza with 3 toppings and a side. Anytime I add a pan style or a side, it cancels the original items I had in the cart. Either call in the order or avoid. And when i do get both items in the cart. $13 item and an $8 item jump to $28 when in the cart? This store is great, but the website is trash and will screw up your order as your putting it in Update food is always good and staff is good but the website is still terrible
