I arrived at the estimated ready pickup time but the pizza was still cooking. By the time I got home with it, about 8 minutes later, it was room temp with missing cheese on some slices. Pizza Hut- how are you asking customers to leave a tip at check out, when the products are lackluster? Remove tipping from the app and save it for deliveries.

Zach went up and beyond to make sure everyone at the store had great service. It’s not common nowadays to get service like that. There were about 4 customers in line and made sure everyone’s orders were as expected or better. He was the only one in the store and stayed collected as he helped everyone. Will be back this location!

One of the worst experiences and places to get your Pizza from regardless of their issues that they generated on their own. They still failed to let the consumers know that they were able to fulfill the orders that they had already taken and still continue to take orders wishing and hoping on a prayer that nobody catches. It ordered a Pizza 2 and a 1 hours later made a phone call to find out where our Pizza is according to their system. They didn't even know we ordered a Pizza, but yet we had numerous conversations with them... read more

serving sizes are a little small for their prices, service was with a smile, and only the drive through was open. No major complaints. 7.5/10 likely to recommend.
