Extremely slow. They 30 plus minutes while you are waiting at the drive through, no explanation given, even when you order the pizza two plus hours earlier. The employees avoid the drive through window as much as they can, even when they see along fleet of cars waiting. Just frustrating.
We came from Rome because our sit down Pizza Hut restaurant has gone out of business. At the behest of a family member we decided to try the Pizza Hut in Cartersville. When we arrived we noticed that the inside was nothing to brag about but as we understand they are fixing to remodel the inside. Went in with the attentions of ordering. It was horrible nobody knew what they were doing there were no menus and it was so hot in there so I left.
