Bad service!! He was trying to charge me 12$ MOREE JUST for the pepperoni!! Only the topping!!! 🤨 and also he was only trying to give me 6 wings when i order 12!!! I had to wait for him to make my other 6 wings ,HE forgot while my order that WAS READY got cold!!
Terrible so I picked these up for the kids yesterday and was extremely disappointed. The pizzas were coming out all different sizes at this location I picked up last week from another location on Jones and it was a normal size personal pan nothing like this . I asked if they could remake and he stated that’s all they had left so that’s why its like this will not be returning to this location .
The guys who took my order was professional . However, my order was not ready , it was pre ordered and lady at register said it wasn’t ready even though screen stated it was ready. She didn’t care to go check , another customer was told the same. This order was made with 30 minutes ahead of time.
Pizza delivery or pickup only no dinning in
They messed up a simple pan pepperoni pizza twice in a row. Once it was wrong altogether. Second was the wrong crust type. They told me they use two different kinds of crust to make them and cannot remake it. Which is odd. Anyway they offered me a $10 credit. I told them I probably won't shop there again so it's useless. They rep didn't care and hung up on me.
