Ordered a pepperoni pizza. We got a sausage pizza.We called the restaurant direct 6 times, each time Whoever answered the phone said, We have to transfer you to speak with the manager, And each time I told that person that number does not work, it rings off the wall, and then it hangs up on you and they continued to tell me that's the only number that they can transfer me to. Never had a problem here previously other than the pizza usually making me sick. The workers and managers are awesome but the franchise owner's partner was insanely rude when I was delivering for them. She didn't even know how to work the system and got mad at me when I asked to print a ticket. I was trying to see if the client tipped when they changed from cash payment to card and said "to see if it's worth my time".
