This is not really towards the store but don't do return service orders here it's just a way to add resistance to waste the doordash drivers time and the customers time to get them to cancel the return for the pizza. Wasted 30 minutes driving here to return food that wasn't even meant for me.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza. We got a sausage pizza.We called the restaurant direct 6 times, each time Whoever answered the phone said, We have to transfer you to speak with the manager, And each time I told that person that number does not work, it rings off the wall, and then it hangs up on you and they continued to tell me that's the only number that they can transfer me to. No in store manager? We still don't have this resolved nor did we get the correct pizza. We want to refund and we can't get ahold of anybody to do this... read more
