Pizza Hut it hasn’t changed in decades not for the good. Hopefully they can change something up.
Ordered on line for in store pick up. Waited an additional 15 minutes past promised time. After returning home we discovered the pizza and cheese bread were over cooked. I should have checked however the manager Brady never should have let this make it to the counter if he were doing his job of quality control correctly. Had to return to the store to resolve the issue while my wife waited on hold for 25 minutes with customer support center. The store phone was still ringing when I got there. Poor management. That was the worst pizza I've ever had and the bread sticks were burn. The delivery guy couldn't speak English and pretended he couldn't make change. It cost me $40.00 for a bad pizza.
