Order took about a half hour longer than it said and come on four pieces of pepperoni total, one piece of pepperoni per piece of pizza that's insane
Went to pickup a one-item order and there was a sign saying “sorry no window service today”. So I parked and went inside where there were five other customers in a cramped waiting area. A woman with tattoos completely encircling her neck like a scarf was slowly walking around, not engaging with customers, and kicking a bunch of black plastic pizza trays that were on the ground (rather than picking them up). Our last 2 orders have taken double if not triple the amount of time to get delivered to us than what our estimate was. I realize it is just an estimate, but I feel like 10-15 minutes off maybe not as big of a deal as 30-50 minutes off.
