I'm viewing this location five stars because of EJ he is outstanding after the frustration of dealing with multiple people at the answering service whose call center is located in the Philippines. He was able to somehow reach out rectify the order and get things correct..
The customer service was horrible from the moment I walked in. I came to pick up my order, and as I was saying my name, the employee just walked away before I could even finish. To make matters worse, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, but instead I received a pizza with marinara sauce and no chicken at all. It was nothing like what I ordered.
