Never written a bad review before. I order food and when I got there they said "we have not made your pizza yet we tried to call you because we don't have crispy pepperoni and wanted to see if pepperoni was ok" they dod not call i was in the parking lot and in my phone the entire time. Then when I got my order and got back and looked at the order my order was wrong I got chees sticks and not bread sticks. I only get pizza hut mabey 3 times a year and the bread stick are the main reson.
Placed an order and it took over an hour to start. When it said it was "out for delivery" it was another 1 1/2 hours. When I first called they said it was already delivered. Then they said to just keep waiting.
Great service. Had my pizza ready for carry out before my estimated pickup time. Thanks guys!
I waited 30 minutes after my givin time,i understood that due the circumstances of the weather but i kept getting lied to about how much longer my pizza would be ready and when it finally came out the pizza wasn’t even done cooking, i got home and the pizza was falling apart,when you try to pull a piece it was splitting in half. The meat doesn’t smell cooked
