My food has always been spot on.
Cheese Sticks were not "cheesy" instead hard and overcooked. No sauce was included in any of my breadstick orders, breadsticks had barely any of the seasoning on top and they too were hard like they had sat in a warmer for hours. We wanted to give this pizza hut another chance but sadly it seems there haven't been any changes made to the evening staff as far as how they present their orders.
honestly i would not eat from here ever again. first, my order was wrong. whatever, it happens, oh well. HOWEVER, when i came to pick up my food, there was a literal child, no older than 2, running around in the kitchen. they were grabbing utensils, touching the counters and tables, and putting things up where food is. i completely get not having childcare or something falling through; BUT not only is that utterly disgusting, the kid could’ve gotten burnt or cut themself with the pizza cutter they were playing next to. addit... read more
Very Disappointing when you go somewhere expect it to be fast and convenient and it's anything but...Both of my pizzas were undercooked and I had to put them in the oven to finish cooking them and the 16 pc wings Barely had any barbecue sauce on them so I had to add more By the time it was all said and done I was so annoyed I wasn't even hungry anymore!
