Seems like a lot of the bad reviews here are in reference to the manager at this location. Steven, instead of having any semblance of customer service, proceeded to just shut down and hang up on me because I was frustrated at a situation. When I called back I told him not to hang up on me so we could find a solution to the issue, he then told me not to tell him what to do and hung up on me again. ive been getting lots of pizza from here and its always really good
Went to Pizza Hut on a quiet Tuesday evening, and Steve at the counter was an absolute letdown. The place was practically empty, yet he turned us away, claiming he was “too busy” to take our order. Too busy doing what? The restaurant was dead! It’s a simple Pizza Hut, not a five-star kitchen during a dinner rush. Steve’s attitude was dismissive, and he couldn’t handle the basic demands of the job. Management needs to rethink who’s representing their business.
