This is the 3rd time we've ordered. The food is amazing, but we have never gotten the correct sauces we asked for. We also ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that was extremely hot and couldn't even be eaten. We've had it before, and it's never been that hot.
Horrendous customer service. Driving home we called 50 minutes in advance and ordered 2 pan pizzas. 5 of us in the car. We got there and he handed us 2 personnel pizza. Argued with my husband and friend stating I ordered personnel pizzas. Didn't offer to make us new ones for 30 minutes. He had to help the other customers first. There were 5 of us in the car that guarantee I ordered pan pizzas!!! Will never go to this location again!!!
Do not get your pizza here. There are Dominos and Papa Johns nearby that are actually far better at providing service and actually delivering what you pay for. I have had multiple issues now with getting deliveries from this store in particular. They frequently forget to include items that I pay for. I have tried calling the store multiple times and get the runaround since Pizza Hut does not post the direct store number anymore. This was a tough one for me. The restaurant itself is just takeout and the staff were friendly and order was correct. The Pan Pizza Pepperoni Lovers was great and so I give five stars because it isn’t the fault of this local franchise but, the Big New Yorker pizza was absolutely terrible. I’m not from NY and I’m actually a fan of Chicago or Detroit style over NY, but I’ve had enough NY style pizzas and this was absolutely the worst - center crust was chewy, sauce was too sweet and overwhelming, and the outer crust too thick.... read more
