Rocky Thomas did an excellent job with our Pizza Hut order. He went out of his way to make sure everything was correct, communicated clearly, and handled the order with care and professionalism. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and that really made a difference in our experience. Because of Rocky, the order process was smooth and enjoyable. Highly appreciate his effort and dedication.
Absolutely rude service!!! The guy that answered the phone, yelled at me and said some horrible things i wont put on here!!! I placed an order around 12am they close at 1am..on the website and app it showed the progress of the order..it said it would be delivered around 12:45am!! He said he never got the order and acted like i was crazy!! Stated that to be honest!! Then after yelling at me he hung up on me!! So I called back, he picked up the phone and hung up on me! The pizza hut delivery driver just dropped my pizza off and it looks like this (See pics). Nobody cares about good service anymore. Oh well, got a good tip he didn't deserve.
