I ordered 26 traditional bone in and a pizza , they brought me “boneless chicken nuggets” which I don’t eat , when I called them to ask for my wings, they said can’t send them! :(

We ordered some pizza, my husband went and picked it up. Pizza was terrible, not edible. We called and asked for a refund and even offered to drive back and bring the pizza back, we were transferred to the GM Kelly who was absolutely no help and even hung up on us while we were talking. Well Kelly a complaint has been filed and corporate has been notified. You need some lessons in customer service if you are going to work a customer service job. Waited nearly 2 hours for pizza, when they finally found a delivery driver I requested it be made fresh due to sitting under the warmer for over 90 minutes, worker on phone went "Due to your attitude, no I'll just cancel it". Should be fired for their lack of customer service, I'll be removing all Pizzahut menus from our hotels in the area now.

This Pizza Hut has the absolute worst staff I've ever encountered. Callie’s, in particular, is one of the most terrible customer service people I’ve ever dealt with — it’s clear he doesn’t care about his job at all. The whole experience felt like they couldn’t care less about customers, and it’s honestly embarrassing how poorly they handle basic service. They seriously need to rethink their hiring and training if they want to keep any customers.
