It's dirty. I know and understand that it's very possibly a 40 year old building because I remember the old Pizza Hut restaurants that were a treat to go sit in and have dinner. But this one is just unkept and smells. Maybe they're just nose blind to it but it could use a solid two days off and cleaned. Food.... the crust on both of our pizzas was dry and crumbling. Not sure why.
Not only did they not apply my credit to the order, they sent it through for dash so I had to pay cash because I was on hold for 23 minutes. Then, my medium pan pizza was sent as bread sticks with cheese and sausage in it
We had a fantastic experience at the Pizza Hut in Parker for my son’s birthday! Our group of 18 dined in, and the setup was perfect—one big open square layout that allowed all the tables to be close together while still giving us space to spread out comfortably. Miles, the manager, was super helpful in answering all our questions and helping us plan ahead. On the day of the event, our server Jaela truly went above and beyond. For a Pizza Hut it’s really good and it’s great to have a location with a dine in. The pizza was 100 times better than other locations delivery or pickup. All Pizza Huts should take notice and bring back dine in!
