The reviews for this store were more encouraging than the one on main Street in West Orange. I'm not going to lie. The smell coming from this box did not please my nostrils, and the food doesn't look anything like the promotional picture, but it was delicious. Pizza was chunky and cheesy, and the crust was perfect. I'm not a fan of the breadsticks. I order from the pizza hut on bloomfield Ave in bloomfield, and the pizza was so terrible. They resent my order and it was still horrible. This pizza hut should be shut down. That's why I prefer real Italian pizza instead of this.
We have been on the phone with you guys for over 2 hours now, the same guy keeps on picking up the phone (he is the manager) his name is David . We started this at 6:40 pm now its 9:29 pm. Every time he picks up the phone he says hold on let me check and never comes back to the phone again, he said that the order got picked up, then he said that the order was supposed to be for carryout, then he said that the order was canceled for a second time but almost 2 hours after ordering again.
