I was in and out I walked outside and I seen smoke coming from my box so A+ it was steaming hot just like I like it

I ordered my food online around 6:30, after paying it was confirmed my order will be delivered at 7:24pm. Around 7:34 I contact the restaurant to speak to the manager about the order why it’s taking so long. The young lady over the phone ( refuse to tel me her name) told me she isn’t allowed to hand over the phone UNLESS I have a valid reason to speak to the manager. I said it was about my order!!!
