Online ordering never works. When you call, you get a very obvious call center, rather than the store. They repeatedly hang up on you when you try to ask about the menu, why online ordering isn't working, or say anything other than "delivery" or "pickup" in response to the initial query. I've tried to order from this place a few times now, and it's ALWAYS like this. This is ridiculous. Trying to order from my local franchise, and it's impossible. It was great they were busy as it just opened but having been through a few restaurant openings myself I can totally relate keep it up happy to have a location in the area and who can hate the turtles! Ps . Been back since and they continue to knock it out the park!!

Poor customer service on all sides. I got poor treatment from an employee, then the manager came to check me out. I mentioned it to him and was victim of one of his tirades too. Don't come here. The foods fine but the staff are THE WORST, even the manager.
