Worst pizza hut i’ve been too. Slow and confused workers. Was there with other 5-7 customers for over 15 minutes and none of us got their food.
The pizza is hard and stale, looks like it was made 3 hours ago. I ordered my pizza with a pizza with a Pepsi and the driver claimed to have never gotten the Pepsi from the store. When i called to ask about it, they took their sweet time answering and when they did, they just gave me store credit, never buying from here again, bad customer service
If I could give no stars I would. Waited 39 minutes longer than the time it was supposed to be done and then it was burnt. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. I’m not one to complain I work in the same industry (food) but to top it off the customer service was just bad.
Always slow and never better every time we order always one person working and every time there is a waiting
