Professional when we spoke upon my initial order however the food was disappointing. Stuffcrust tasted chalky and like old grease, our brownie/cookie was hard and overbaked 'round the edges and cinnamon bread was overly chewy. I was unable to reach anybody to bring attention to these things the 3 times I called after receiving my delivery, the 3rd attempt I was disconnected immediately after 3 rings. This is hardly worthy of the $55 I spent
