Clean store and friendly staff. The problem is the pizza goes through the oven so fast, the dough is raw in the center of the pizza - even after leaving "special instructions" for extra crispy crust. The generous 2 star Food rating is due to the generous toppings. Having to cook the pizza when I get it home is ridiculous!!! Do better and actually cook the pizza adequately! After all, if I have to cook the pizza, I might as well save $$ and buy frozen from the store...
This Pizza Hut location has always been consistent and extremely friendly to me when I come in to pick up my order!
I am usually not a complainer. I am also usually VERY happy with Pizza Hut’s service and quality but tonight you dropped the ball. My pizza crusts were swapped between my pizzas. I ordered a pepperoni on hand tossed and a beef on thin. I order cheesy garlic sticks - they were overcooked. My dessert cookie was overcooked as well. It was difficult to chew. I have experienced better from Pizza Hut.
Tonight, we ordered a medium pizza and Alfredo pasta with garlic bread delicious..
