Such a sweetheart. I ordered at a late hour after closing. I'm not even sure how it processed but he was so kind and so sweet and so understanding and I apologized multiple times but he said it was no big deal and I just felt so relieved he wasn't up set. like how awful having to stay later than hes scheduled and he was very kind about it not upset at all and I just really appreciate that from an employee his name was Jacob such a sweetheart.
