I've eaten Pizza Hut for many years, must say that this one has something extra special. I always get good vibes at this location on 50th St in Lubbock. The folks that work there are so nice and welcoming, always in a good mood. Make you feel right at home, like they're glad to see you. Bonus: you can dine in, just like the good ole days! I love this location. Kudos to mgmt for choosing and inspiring the fine folks that work there. Consistently great experience at this location. 👍🏼🥰⭐x10
Ordered a pepperoni pizza on the app, I arrived 5 minutes after the time given, food was not ready. "They're just now putting it in the oven, It'll be another 15 minutes, just pull around", offered to give me free wings. Alright, not so bad I guess. Asked for BBQ. 35 minutes later I go inside. Pizza was just sitting on a shelf, everyone forgot. They also never made the wings.
The gentleman working drive-through named Michael gave probably the best customer service I’ve seen for a restaurant in a long time just interacting with him alone would be 100% be the reason I would come back to this location specifically. Hold on to someone like him it’s a rarity in this industry
