What i dislike the most is that this franchise doesn't honor legitimate coupons from pizza hut corporation.
What an awful place to eat! There's nothing on the tables, not even salt. My husband asked if they had chili flakes and they told him they did, but he had to pay $1. And the manager, a very grumpy woman, served us very reluctantly.
If I could give negative stars I would. Pizza was burnt with the wrong toppings and the cinnabon was over warmed? What is this? They sent out a second pizza and it was burnt as well. Called for a refund and spent 30 mins on hold for them to hang up on me. Never again.
Marinara sauce always half way full which only gives u 2 times to dip 5 break sticks is crazy at least fill the marinara sauce containers to the top especially when I paid extra for a filled Mariana sauce…..
Ordered Two large pizzas, both burnt, chewy, and hardly any sauce or cheese. Extremely disappointed and the only reason we kept it was because we had tickets to an event and didn't have time to drive it back to them, or we absolutely would have.
