Love the food here
If I could give this Pizza Hut a 0 star I would. The front counter and drive thru guy was rude as hell! We pulled up and no greeting or anything. We asked for our pizza and he just walked off. And when we asked for our buffalo sauce it was straight rude attitude. I understand rough days but if you can’t handle customer service then they shouldn’t have you in the front where you have to deal with customers !!!
They dropped off my order the one on parkway got chicken Alfredo NO SAUCE ON NOODLES!!!!! DID NOT GET BREAD STICKS, DID NOT GET THE RANCH AND HAD ORDERED 16 WINGS WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION AND ADVISE EVERYONE ONE TO ORDER FROM Parkway drive Lubbock, 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
Edit: Tried to give another chance. Food was still completely disgusting and inedible. I give up. This is the WORST Pizza Hut EVER. And that’s coming from an ex PH employee. Food was hard as a rock. The melt and the fries both. I ordered 25 minutes after they opened and it some how looks smells and tastes like i got fries that’s been sitting for while?? the crust to the melt was impossible for me to bite through and the bacon in it was all LITERALLY only fat.
