If you're going to stop serving at 10 then close at 10, not 11. I ordered at 10:10 and didn't find out I wasn't getting it until an hour later when the money went back on to my card. I got zero notification from pizza hut that I would not be receiving my order. Edit: A manager contacted me to make this right so I gave a couple stars back. Apparently there was a problem with their computer that caused my order to accidentally get cancelled.
Me an my daughter love their pizza pepperoni stuff crust.. well I just want to say the pizza is delicious and thank you Tyler for the excellent customer service you showed us tonight. We will be back. You handled my complaint with in the most professional manner and made sure to even go future to make sure I understand with extra information. If it were up to me you'd be give a raise w/promotion. 5 star tonight Tyler
No follow up on poor a experience after a week. Beginning to now question management as a whole.
Had buffet it was ok. Salad was nice and cold! JUDY was amazing. She is very nice and made my dining experience. She was extremely busy with phone orders and pickups and was by herself until another person came in at noon. But even then I think he was a new employee training. She never lost her cool. She even came over and checked on me even though she was very busy. If she isn't a manager she definitely should be promoted!!
