Order is over an hour and a half past time says to be delivered. Still nothing. I'm less than 4 minutes from the store. Can't talk to anyone at the store, get transferred over and over through a call center and sit on hold 30+ minutes, and still no live person. WORST SERVICE!!!! Don't give them any business.
Do not order from here unless you want to wait over two hours and have your order cancelled and money taken.
Pizza was cold, Bread sticks were hard as a brick and they didn't bring my 2 liter. Call no answer at store level, sat on the phone for 10 minutes with call center and was transferred 7 times. Customer service is HORRIBLE.
If I could give a 0 I would. Food delivered is good food but the local MtJuliet store needs real management as they can’t get orders right for nothing in this world!!
