Great tasting pizza and quick service. However, I order three toppings, sausage, pepperoni, and tomatoes, but I did not get the tomatoes. Disappointed...
Placed an order online for carryout. Food was hot and fresh at the time of pickup. Staff was friendly and efficient.
I ordered online ahead of time for a 5:45pm delivery. I was unable to reach the store and kept getting redirected to the call center who were not at all interested in helping me track down my order. At 7:20pm I drove to the location. One employee was outside conversing with others. One employee was eating pizza. The employee at the register did not know how to cancel my order. Another employee (hopefully) accomplished this. At no point was there even an "I'm sorry" from anyone on the Monticello team.
