Disclaimer: It's possible some of this has to do with the Pizza Hut app. At 4:20PM today, I ordered a Big New Yorker with only extra cheese ($2.50) and scheduled delivery for closer to when my wife was going to be home around 6:15PM. Can't leave a tip in their app, so I left a note that there would be cash tip left near the front door. Was not happy at all. Should have listened to the other reviews.
Real mental patients at this location. All i want is the sauce on the side and you cant type it in the order. the phone number to make changes to an existing order says “ok let me transfer you to the local store” which puts you on hold for a million and a half minutes before asking “can i put you on hold?”. Circle jerking around flour
Wow!!! .This was the best pizza I've had in a long time. I've had others but this one was the best. Thank you.
3/21 Order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 8:15pm but they forgot to put our bread through the oven and left our pizzas and wings to sit on the counter until they were finished with our order at 8:30pm. They expressed they weren't short staffed they just "don't make enough money"
