Today at a little after 5 I stopped to get food. While waiting to order a fellow making pizza took off his hat scratched his head put hat back on then put his hand straight into the pepperoni and put on the pizza. I told the lady taking orders and she told him to go wash his hands. I told her I'm sorry but I wasn't ordering. So sad people can't have common sense. That just ruined my appetite. Won't be back here for quite a while

Terrible experience! The Millersburg location of Pizza Hut won’t be seeing us again after this which is sad because we have always been loyal customers! We placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for 5:15pm and at 5:12 they called and asked if we’re picking up the pizza because it’s been sitting in the warmer for over an hour!? Like what?! We said we placed the order for 5:15 and they said they won’t take any of the blame for the app not relaying the message to them.
