There appears to be a consistent priority given to third-party delivery services over the restaurant's own dedicated drivers. This often results in a shortage of available in-house drivers to handle peak demand, which can lead to slower service and extended delivery times for customers who order directly.
It seems like the place isunderstaffed which causes the place to be really really slow. Pay your employees more! And hire more people!
Worse Pizza Hut i've ever been in, I had a bad experience with them a few months ago messaging me that my online order would be ready at a certain time. I got there at that time and had to wait 30 minutes and still was given the wrong pizza. But I decided to give them another chance since the were local. I ordered through the Pizza Hut website. After my order wasn’t picked up by the door dasher I called pizza hut and the rude employee said my order never came through the system and that a dasher came to pick it up but they didn’t have an order to give. Then said they would make my order and got off the phone. I called back and she gave the phone to the manager because she knew she lied when she said they would make the order. I came in to pick up a delivery, but it was late. I was told it would be another 10min. It is now 30min later and I still don't have my 3 item order. I watched them drop someone's wings when I arrived and they still haven't cleaned it up. This was not good.
