If I could give Pizza Hut Western Branch less than one star I would. I placed my order online. Got confirmation that the pizza would be delivered at 11:38 pm. My bank was charged the amount for the order. At 11:48 pm the pizza was still not delivered. I called to check to see what was going on and was told they had canceled my order. I asked why I was not informed that the order had been canceled and all the lady I spoke to said was well I canceled it on my computer. I was very disappointed and hungry.
THIS IS THE WORST PIZZA HUT EVER THE MANAGER TINA WAS HORRIBLE
This Pizza Hut is always friendly and my food is always perfect and on time
I place an order and I arrived 10 minutes before closing they told me they cancel my order 15 minutes before closing and refused to let me in the store. My family and I will not be ordering from this location again
