Ordered from this location on a Saturday night. Placed order for 2 large pizzas, and breadsticks. Received call from store, saying that they were out of dough. What kind of pizza place runs out of dough on a Saturday night? 1 star, didn't get to eat.
Ordered online for a personal pan pizza for my son, came in 30 minutes later. They told me 4-5 more minutes so I went to my car. Came back in about five minutes later my order was never done. Nothing was solved just a we’re sorry and we will give you credit on your phone number. No receipt email or proof of credit. Also, I don’t live close by so I don’t even know if I could use it at any other Pizza Hut. So no food, no refund and i live 30 minutes away. I will never be back to this location.
Placed my original order (order #201814866)at 5:50, the order that was delivered was incorrect. Called the store at 6:20 and was left on hold for 8 minutes so I hung up and called back. They offered to send me the correct pizza, the new pizza isnt arriving until after 7. This is unreal, won't be ordering from pizza hut again. $25 to wait over an hour for the pizza after the initial one was incorrect
