Every time I call this Pizza Hut, I get left on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. When I finally do get through and leave simple instructions—like asking for no Hut Dust—they completely ignore it. It’s like they don’t even read the order notes or care what the customer asks for. The staff clearly doesn’t take customer service seriously. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and careless. I placed order online, some of my items didn’t arrive. Because they use DoorDash for delivery you can’t request help. I called the store and I was on hold by the woman who answered for over 10 minutes before I hung up. Pizza was undercooked, but I just wanted a refund on my missing items. I had to place another order from another entity to get my items.
Pizza was delicious, except when you say light sauce they don’t put any at all, if you don’t adjust they put a bunch there doesn’t seem to be an in between. Customer service was great!

TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! Staff was loud, arguing, and playing the whole time I was in there. One pizza was ready 30 mins before the other so one was cold, dry, and hard when I got home and I only live 4 mins away. It took them 53 mins to have my full order ready. The pizza was barely cut so we had to slice it ourselves and the cinnamon sticks were not cut so it was like one big piece of bread with little cinnamon. I will not return and I wouldn’t be surprised if this Pizza Hut is shutdown based on some of the reviews.
