I ordered a pizza at home through the app which arrived cold stiff this pizza was not freshly made and the order was not delivered complete the ranch that came included with the pizza was missing. And the proof that this pizza was not fresh is that I had it at the door in 15 minutes and on Saturday night. By door dash sub hired by pizza hut. disapproved no stars …….

Didn't even order. Guy working up front had told customer before me how quickly they'd have his pizza out right in front of me. I asked for the deals today he said he didn't know off the top of his head and would have to look at a "terminal" and that they were to busy to do that. So I thought ok just order 2 personal pan pizzas. He tells me that after I order them "oh looks like we are out of personal pan pizzas" so I said forget about it. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in some time, I miss the salad bar. I was happy to have revisited because the pizza was pretty tasty and so was the pasta bake. I will be adding Pizza Hut to the rotation but I'll call ahead next time because the place was busy and we waited 30 minutes easy for our food and that's way too long for the littles.

Ordered two pizzas. Their credit card/debit machine was not working and they could not accept debit Visa or any credit card. Therefore, we could not take home the pizzas we ordered and then drove to pick up and they wouldn't give us the pizza and charge us later. So instead, we walk away unhappy with no pizza and they will throw the pizza that we ordered that was cooked and ready in the trash. We have been coming to the establishment since it opened. We won't be back.
