I decided to give Pizza Hut another shot thanks to a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for a free personal pan pizza with a $2 purchase. Ended up spending more than that, by the way. Showed up at the scheduled pickup time and was told they forgot to make the personal pan pizza. Not delayed. Not backed up. Just… forgot. I was told it would be another eight minutes with barely an apology. No attempt to make it right, no “hey, let me throw in some breadsticks,” just a shrug and a wait. I ordered online for a pick up, walked inside the people inside didn’t say a word didn’t greet me didn’t say nothing walked up to the counter about 10 minutes after standing there and asked me what I’m here for. I told him to pick up for my name, but she didn’t say a word to me. She just walked away from the counter for like another three minutes and then brought my order back and then bring my sauces with my soda.
