Terrible serviceÂ
SERVICE: When you walk in nobody greets you or even notices youâre there. Everyone is in the back, and after waiting 10 minutes someone MIGHT come to the front to acknowledge you, if youâre lucky. FOOD: The pizza itself was terrible. I PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE â DIDNâT GET IT. Paid for a Pan pizza and they gave me Hand Tossed instead. Why am I even paying extra for things if they just give me whatever they feel like? Terrible service, wrong order, and not worth the money. Wonât be coming back.Â
Yea just go to ANY other pizza place here in cedar park. This Pizza Hut has the worse service you, the employees act like they donât want to be there. They are rude and dismissive to customers. Iâm not saying they gotta kiss my ass but I walk into a restaurant saying âhello how are you, order for blah blah blahâ and I get annoyed energy itâs not gonna make me want to go back there. Donât waste your time go to jets or dominos or Marcos but not this Pizza HutÂ
Should be rated a zero. Took 45 minutes to get a pick up order pizza and it looked and tasted atrocious. I just threw it in the trashcan instead of eating it.Â
