Was told there was an $11.99 3 topping special, and I added a drink for delivery and was told the total was over $25! All sorts of hidden fees were added and as I was speaking with the manager she said oh, btw, we don't have red onions anymore, will white be ok? I specifically said red onions more than once and the girl taking my order didn't say a word. I am so sick of shady businesses. Terrible service
SERVICE: When you walk in nobody greets you or even notices you’re there. Everyone is in the back, and after waiting 10 minutes someone MIGHT come to the front to acknowledge you, if you’re lucky. FOOD: The pizza itself was terrible. I PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE — DIDN’T GET IT. Paid for a Pan pizza and they gave me Hand Tossed instead. Why am I even paying extra for things if they just give me whatever they feel like? Terrible service, wrong order, and not worth the money. Won’t be coming back.
Yea just go to ANY other pizza place here in cedar park. This Pizza Hut has the worse service you, the employees act like they don’t want to be there. They are rude and dismissive to customers. I’m not saying they gotta kiss my ass but I walk into a restaurant saying “hello how are you, order for blah blah blah” and I get annoyed energy it’s not gonna make me want to go back there. Don’t waste your time go to jets or dominos or Marcos but not this Pizza Hut
