Was hoping for some nostalgia with the buffet comeback. I don't eat pork and the pizzas coming out all had pork. We asked to get one with just cheese or veggies but they wouldn't do that. I paid for 5 people who couldn't eat 90 percent of what was put out. Then the salad bar side had mold in the cheese containers. The entire store was dirty. We barely got an apology and still had to pay full price.
Customer service was excellent, food was good & delivery was quick. Definitely recommend.
I didn't want to go over the JRB to go to the Mercury Pizza Hut so I decided to go to the Smithfield location I'm so sorry for not going to Hampton. Smithfield needs to take notes from Hampton on how to actually bake a pizza without cheese and not burn the Italian sausage and ues its ok to use sauce. This taught me a valuable lesson which is if you don't feel like driving eat something else and go the next day. Someone needs to be retrained on the different types of crust.
