First time our delivery took 1.hour and 45 mins when they said 45 mins, and then it was the totally wrong ordee. I called back and they promised to put a free pizza on my account. 3 weeks later we call back to redeem that, and suddenly they have no history of our account listed. They didn't offer to do anything to fix an employees mistake. Will now go to papa Johns....
