Been a while since we ordered from here. They got it right this time! Pizzas were HOT and topping were spread evenly! EDIT! I ordered on the website and was given a message that there was an error. I called the store like the message said and the worker told me the order did not go through. I then asked about if it got billed she said no. I had to reorder through them only to find the next day that I was charged twice. I am getting the run around getting it refunded.
If you want to pay for delivery and never receive your order or a refund this Bay City Pizza Hut is the place for you. After ordering through pizza hut they suppsudly pass their delivery off to doordash and it disappears. Someone claiming to be a General Manager told me her name is Apple and her Area reps name is Sean. She still has not cancelled the order or refunded like she has said multiple times.
