I received the wrong pizza, called store and was told that they were out of my item so they just sent me something else. Not acceptable, she told me she could issue a credit because it would take at least an hour to get a remake (if you are out of an item, how are you going to remake my order correctly). Told her that was fine that we would wait. 4 hours later I received a text that my order was on the way, this was almost midnight.. there was never a delivery anyway. The system crashed, and I had to wait 30 minutes, and then my order was wrong. I lived too far to go back. The Pizza Hut taste is not the same as days of old.
Unorganized. Waited over 30 mins for pizza. If it wasnt for me, I would have requested a refund.
My whole order was messed up and cold. When I called the store they put me on hold, but I called off my other phone while still holding and she said she can only give me credit for something they messed up. At this point I asked for all my money back in even asked can I bring it back I assume they didn’t know I have a car cause she said they about to close at 9 pm. I want my money back asap.
