Failed to deliver part of my order, the apple dessert. Tried to call immediately after delivery. Got a call center who supposedly transferred the call to this location. Phone rang for 25 minutes up until around 10 minutes before closing.Â
This place has to worst customer service! They are slow and very rude to those who walk in. I wish the owner would do something about it or they need to loose business.Â
Very rude staff!!! Extremely long waits on orders. Especially when you are doordashing deliveries for them. Need to have more people on staff.Â
Absolutely terrible. Missing items, melt wasn't even made right.Â
If it weren’t for bad taste, this pizza would have no taste at all. Haven’t ordered from PH For many years. Nothing like the old days. This is the worse pizza I’ve ever had in 73 years!Â
