For our last several orders, the crust has been undercooked and the general quality seems to have come downhill.
Failed to deliver part of my order, the apple dessert. Tried to call immediately after delivery. Got a call center who supposedly transferred the call to this location. Phone rang for 25 minutes up until around 10 minutes before closing.
This place has to worst customer service! They are slow and very rude to those who walk in. I wish the owner would do something about it or they need to loose business.
Very rude staff!!! Extremely long waits on orders. Especially when you are doordashing deliveries for them. Need to have more people on staff.
Absolutely terrible. Missing items, melt wasn't even made right.
