Placed order through the app and was watching the tracker. Waited for over a hour for our pizza to be delivered so I called the store. The guy tells me that he doesn't see my order and that the app glitches and it should return your money. So I replaced the order online and got a email and confirmation code just to sit another hour and have my kids starving and crying for food just to see they returned my money when I had called once again and he confirmed he saw my order in the system. Ordered pizza for a pizza party. Please tell me how you can have a pizza party with no pizza. Thanks to a dedicated employee we got pizza delivered to the party after all. She is the only reason they get 4 stars and 5 stars for food because the pizza was delicious.

I’m always in this area so this is convenient Pizza Hut for me. I picked up A pizza from here A month ago had A piece of hair on It! Tonight I stopped after I waited 30 minutes cheese and sauce were missing in spots. I blame the management not trying to accommodating their mistakes. Least give me my money worth!! Business is business! People work hard for their money! Remember your customers are your business. Manager doesn’t look professional either!
