Hadn't had Pizza Hut in a long time. Now I remember why. It was terrible. I think they made it immediately after i ordered but told me it'd be about 25 mins. Dry, cold, shitty. Pretty much had to toss it. Never again.Â
A really nice, personable manager whose service was exemplary.Â
Had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to James! He was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. Even though the place was busy, he kept a positive attitude and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he really cares about the customers. People like James make the whole experience so much better—I’ll definitely be back!Â
