Excellent experience
I order food at 2:01 and got there at 2:16. The food wasn't even started and mine was the only order on the screen waited 20 mins for the employee to mess up the order then try and have me take a ripped apart pizza. Then waited 30 more mins for just one pizza. If there was a lower rating from one I would give it.
I placed an order online. Went to pick it up. Store was closed. Friday at 4:45. Two of us were there outside the store. Lights were off. Doors locked.
appaling service, canceled our pre paid order. WITHOUT calling because we ordered online & they didn't have melts! AFTER driving to pick up, we were nonchalantly informed that our order was canceled. ORDER ELSEWHERE. WE will NEVER return & will share
