The customer service at this store is terrible the Team Leader working at this location is rude and dismissive to their customers. I came in with an online order. I had a coupon for an order of bread sticks that I wanted to use. That was given in store and does not state that it has to be used online. I was told to place another order online because for some reason it can only be used online despite being given this as a paper coupon on a box from a previous order. They was friendly and had great service!!!!!! I would definitely recommend anyone to this Pizza Hut here in Beaumont Texas
Order was given away to another person and lied to me about it.
My family does pizza Friday’s, so every few weeks we get Pizza Hut. I just gotta say the crew that works at this location is by far the nicest and most accommodating. Plus food has always been done within 5mins of the scheduled time which in my opinion is great considering they are always busy.
Order took way longer than it should.
