They take a long time to deliver the order
Despite them being short staffed on today (of all days) the young lady at the front was very helpful, informative and provided great customer service.

Waited 1 hour to get a pizza, finally arrived went home, once home opened the box and wrong pizza! Came back again and made me wait another 20 mins! Really incompetent staff!
