I called to place my delivery order, and the gentleman that answered the phone said that he could not take my order. He asked that I order online. I had difficulty finding certain items such as a 2 liter pepsi . What should have been a 2 minute phone call ended up being 20 minutes online trying to figure out the site. My order was supposed to be 2 pizzas and a 2 liter pepsi. Instead, what was brought was 8 bottles of soda and 1 pizza. I am very dissatisfied with the service.
I don’t even know how they are still open. They don’t ever have your food ready. Whenever it’s ready it will be cold. Customer service sucks. Every time I order on over they end up cancel my order every time
I got hung up the first time while speaking and the second time I was placed in hold for a long time. I hate this Pizza Hut.
