Genny was amazing! She was so sweet and kind — truly one of the nicest people I’ve met at a Pizza Hut. She made sure our order was perfect and had such a friendly attitude the whole time. Her great customer service definitely made our visit extra enjoyable!
Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had making a pick up order. 2 employees working the whole store, I made an order for 8 hot wings to be done at 2:15 and as of this minute almost an hour later am still sitting in here. Everyone around me has complained about their wait time, some had been in there for an hour and a half and still hadn’t got their food.
