I waited 40 minutes for a delivery I was picking up. The guy that came to the counter was rude. Had long hair and a beard and did not have a hair net or a beard guard on which was so disgusting and who knows how many people could of gotten hair in their food. He said they were unthawing pasta for the delivery so I had to wait another 15 minutes. His excuse was the manager wasn't from there and so they were behind. Worst customer service ever and that place needs lots of help. Maybe the health department needs to visit.
Order online just to show up and order be over 20 minutes late. Customer service was lacking as the guy had a attitude and threw the boxes on the counter. The order was wrong garlic parm bread sticks came plain just bread nothing on them, my pepperoni pizza came with no pepperoni and didn't get the ranch ordered.
I rather make the drive to miniola then come back to this Pizza Hut this is the 3rd time I have to wait over 40min for my pizza when they say 15-20min carry out !
Great food, Fast service, friendly employees. I love coming here!!!💯‼️
